Product Guarantee

Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so you are protected and can make a claim for refund according to cameraing.com or Amazon regulations.

 

Will I need to send the item back to get refund? 

 

(1) If you buy and pay on cameraing.com, please contact our customer service staffs for return address & get refund.

(2) Once you select to check out on amazon.com, you can contact your seller from the backend of your buyer account to be returned.

If the seller asks you to return the product you will discuss with your seller the most cost effective way to return ship it to them and give you full instructions including their return address. You will receive your full/partial refund once the seller has received and checked the product.

 

Where do I send returns?

All products must be returned to the seller where they were dispatched from.

Products ordered from amazon must be returned back to the related address as per seller’s info left.
